At Printing Joy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy below:

30-Day Return Policy
Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at contact@printingjoy.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspection: Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at contact@printingjoy.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale Items and Gift Cards: We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
Procedure: To exchange an item, return the original item following our return process. Once your return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Right to Cancel: For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@printingjoy.com.
